PLACING ORDERS
Please email me at hopeembroidery@yahoo.com to place a order. If you do not intend on paying for the item you have ordered, please do not place the order. After the order is placed, you will be charged for the item unless there is an error on my part (this does not apply to USPS issues, please see Shipping information below for details).
Shipping/handling charges?
I ship through USPS, priority mail. This charge is about $5.00 in most cases. If I have to purchase a large box or special packaging, a small extra charge may apply. When you place your order with me, I can estimate your charges for you.
Please be aware that once I ship your package to you, I am no longer responsible for it. If you would like to add insurance, please let me know. If you have to have the item by a certain date, I will mail the item in plenty of time to arrive, but cannot guarantee it will arrive on time. Fedex & USPS express are guaranteed/trackable delivery services and are available, please email me for prices. Usually, my turnaround time is 7-10 days, sometimes more, sometimes less. I will stay in contact with you throughout the process should your order take longer.
Paying for my items?
I will email you a couple days before your order is complete. You May make online payment through paypal or mail me Money order. The order will not be shipped until payment has been received. For My Local People you can Pay with Cash when picking up your product.
